The GF Team Seminar at GJJA was off the hook!

I went to the GF Team Seminar and had the best time!  World Champions Vitor Henrique and Bruno Alves showed some of their favorite new techniques!  Some of the stuff was so simple, yet so effective!  Some of the moves were a little more complicated, but, wow, they work great!

They showed a couple really cool baseball bat chokes from closed guard and half guard using your opponents gi, which worked really well!  Plus, some raelly cool passes and sweeps!

If you ever get a chance to attend a GF Team seminar, after this experience, i would highly recommend it!
